Small Plates


Chesapeake Fries- hand cut fries tossed w/ Old Bay & topped w/ chilis, scallions, bacon,Virginia Ham, Cheddar cheese and Lump Crab


Buffalo Shrimp- lightly battered jumbo shrimp tossed in Buffalo sauce and served with blue cheese dressing


Crab Mac N Cheese- creamy mac n cheese topped with lump crab, old bay and toasted bread crumbs 


Flat Bread- topped w/ roasted garlic, wilted spinach, and grated cheeses

           or   topped w/ tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil

           or   topped w/ caramelized onions, melted goat cheese and balsamic/thyme glaze

           or   topped w/chorizo, pesto, pecorino and cheddar cheeses

Mamma's Meatballs- house made meatballs over a caramelized bacon and shallot polenta cake, topped w/ a creamy tomato sauce 


Grilled Haloumi Cheese- grilled Haloumi cheese layered w/ toasted sesame bread & arugula. Finished with red wine honey vinaigrette


Wings- w/ Old Bay, honey-Old Bay, hoisin ginger glaze, or mango habanero BBQ sauce


Italian Style Mussels- garlic butter, tomato concasse, white wine, herbs and a touch of cream 


Fried Pickles- lightly breaded pickle slices topped with a sriacha aioli w/ a side of ranch dressing


Dip Trio-served w/ toast points 


House Kabobs- choice of chicken, beef or shrimp over cilantro rice w/ a side of cucumber yogurt 


House-Goat cheese, cucumber, baby tomatos, croutons, w/ red wine honey vinaigrette 


Hoison Glazed Salmon-over cabbage slaw w/ carrots, snow peas and a ginger soy vinaigrette


Spinach Salad- baby spinach tossed in a lemon garlic vinaigrette, topped with dried cranberries, goat cheese and candied almonds 


Napa Valley Chicken- grilled herb marinated chicken w/ red and white grapes, strawberries, cashews, shaved greens, blue cheese crumbles and our house dressing


Chopped Caesar - w/ house made Caesar dressing finished w/ Romano cheese


Steak Salad-w/ avocados, radishes, blue cheese, hard boiled egg, crispy shallots, croutons, w/ a creamy balsamic vinaigrette


Taco Salad- choice of seasoned chicken or beef, mixed greens, tomatoes, corn 3 cheese blend and tortilla strips, topped with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole


Fried Oyster Salad-mixed greens, tomatos, red onions, hard boiled egg, bacon, breaded oysters w/ a balsamic bacon dressing


Meatloaf Melt- on homemade potato bread w/ bacon & pepperjack cheese


Chicken- grilled or buttermilk fried on sesame bread w/ scallion aioli, pickles, arugula & swiss


Grilled Eggplant- marinated eggplant, spinach, mozzarella cheese, on focaccia bread


Turkey Gyro- on flat bread w/ cucumber yogurt sauce,feta,tomato/olive relish & mixed greens


Jumbo Lump Crabcake- lumpcrabcake sandwich, lettuce, tomato, pickles, with a house made tartar sauce on a Kaiser roll 


Porters 10oz. Burger- w/ horseradish aioli cheddar and crispy fried onions


Gunpowder Maryland Bison Burger- lean ground bison, encrusted in peppercorn, seared med rare w/ blue cheese & grilled mushrooms


Salmon Powerhouse- grilled salmon, cucumber, sprouts, avocado, red onion & whole grain aioli on toasted whole grain bread


Open Faced Brisket- slow cooked brisket on house made potato bread topped with caramelized onions and gravy


Sliders- Buffalo Chicken- lettuce, tomatos, pickles, and blue cheese crumbles

       or Crab Cakes- lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce

       or Cheeseburger- lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheddar cheese

Pecan Crusted Tuna-  served w/ Wasabi mashed and wilted spinach


Southwest Chicken Risotto- Jalapenos, corn, green onions, Cheddar cheese, green chili sauce, and a spicy cream sauce topped with blackened chicken  


Brisket Dinner- thin sliced brisket served w/ mashed potatos and gravy and creamed corn 


Taco Piscato- three soft fish tacos w/ salsa fresco, guacamole, shaved cabbage w/ a side of sour cream and a southwestern corn cake


Chef's Steak of the Evening- fingerling potatoes, sauteed mixed veggies, finished w/ truffle oil compound butter


Crabcake Entree- two 5oz. Jumbo Lump crabcakes, sweet corn smashed potatos, chef's veggies, w/ house made cocktail and tartar sauces


Seafood Ravioli- lightly breaded and fried lobster ravioli, topped with lump crab and shrimp in a seafood cream sauce 


Lasagna- traditional bolognese sauce, layered sheet pasta, mozzarella and ricotta cheese


Eggplant Parmesan- breaded eggplant, tomato sauce, spinach, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses 


Chicken Pot Pie- chunky white meat chicken and garden vegetables in a savory broth topped with puff pastry
