Small Plates

 

Chesapeake Fries- hand cut fries tossed w/ Old Bay & topped w/ chilis, scallions, bacon,Virginia Ham, Cheddar cheese and Lump Crab

 

Sweet Thai Chili Shrimp- large butterflied shrimp marinated and lightly breaded, served w/ our house made Thai Chili sauce

 

Korean Style Ribs- tender spare ribs finished with a tangy Korean style BBQ sauce, topped with a fried onion ring 

 

Flat Bread- topped w/ roasted garlic, wilted spinach, and grated cheeses

           or   topped w/ tomato, mozzarella and fresh basil

           or   topped w/ caramelized onions, melted goat cheese and balsamic/thyme glaze

Mamma's Meatballs- house made meatballs over a caramelized bacon and shallot polenta cake, topped w/ a creamy tomato sauce 

 

Grilled Haloumi Cheese- grilled Haloumi cheese layered w/ toasted sesame bread & arugula. Finished with red wine honey vinaigrette

 

Wings- w/ Old Bay, honey-Old Bay, hoisin ginger glaze, or mango habanero BBQ sauce

 

Italian Style Mussels- garlic butter, tomato concasse, white wine, herbs and a touch of cream 

 

Sushi Grade Tuna- pink peppercorn encrusted sushi grade tuna, jasmine rice, seaweed salad, crispy wontons, and a sriacha aioli

Gunpowder Maryland Bison Burger- lean ground bison, encrusted in peppercorn, seared med rare w/ blue cheese & grilled mushrooms

 

Salmon Powerhouse- grilled salmon, cucumber, sprouts, avocado, red onion & whole grain aioli on toasted whole grain bread

 

Lamb Burger- lettuce, tomato, a curry aioli w/ a mango chutney 

 

Entrees 

Mango & Pistachio Crusted Salmon-  served w/ cheesy risotto and sauteed mixed vegetables 

 

Southwest Chicken Risotto- Jalapenos, corn, green onions, cheddae cheese, green chili sauce, and a spicy cream sauce topped with blackened chicken  

 

Eastern Shore Chicken- Pan seared or fried airline chicken breast w/ parmesan smashed potatoes, sage gravy and braised country greens 

 

Taco Piscato- three soft fish tacos w/ salsa fresco, guacamole, shaved cabbage w/ a side of sour cream and a southwestern corn cake

 

Chef's Steak of the Evening- fingerling potatoes, sauteed mixed veggies, finished w/ truffle oil compound butter

 

Crabcake Entree- two 5oz. Jumbo Lump crabcakes, sweet corn smashed potatos, chef's veggies, w/ house made cocktail and tartar sauces

 

Lobster Ravioli- lightly breaded and fried with a tomato basil cream sauce, topped with lump crab and parmesean encrusted asparagus 

 

Lasagna- traditional bolognese sauce, layered sheet pasta, mozzarella and ricotta cheese

 

Vegetable Lasagna- squash, zucchini, spinach, mushrooms, layered sheet pasta, fresh mozzarella and rocotta cheese, topped with a cheesy cream sauce

 

Porters Picnic- 1/2 rack of ribs, Carolina style pulled pork BBQ, corn on the cob, and potato salad
